Being a human every-one need a job to do,No matter what it is , how he/she deals with it ?

job is not a matter of money now a day,as how much u r earning from ur job.

that era has gone when people use to ask "How much u r earning? " rather asking "what job are you doing ?"

Now a days parents are guiding their child not to go for a job from which they can only earn money, but to choose a right job which suit u better. and give you sanctification as well.

Being a part of 2k13 no one can depend upon their elders advice to join a "this" or "that" job. Nor too search for news paper & go for any consultant. Opportunity starts with the college day itself. & the word that both student & parent are happy  with the word "campus interview". where the job seeker meet the job provider. That too after the completion of academic career. Many companies and Software giants are looking for good candidate & too picking them up from different college & universities.

The 1st company that s heading to SRM FSH this year is L&T infotech.

 As per the information from "Sathyapriya", the Placement Officer for FSH :- the Company is coming to conduct ON CAMPUS interviews @ SRM .

The Selection process will be as usual selection process , that happens in various soft. company.

4 phase test

1) Quantitative Aptitude test

2) Group Discussion 

3)Technical Interview

4) H.R.

Aarthi devpal, the placement co-coordinator instruct the students regarding the time & process of interviews.As per her instruction - the document to carry for the recruitment is :-

1) college Id card

2) Fresh Resume

3) Mark-sheet Xerox Copy

4) 3 Recent Passport Photograph (color)

Being the Placement Representative i thought to aware the student  about it & help them to prepare for the race by providing them the sample set of Question & Criteria followed for L&T Info-tech recruit from the past year.
